Support for mental health concerns

1 in 4 people have or will have a mental illness at one point in their lives. We are all getting much better at talking about this and realising that, just like a physical health, there is nothing wrong with struggling with our mental health and we will need help to feel better.

You can always come and talk to staff members. There are also sites below where help can be accessed:-

My Mind  www.MyMind.org.uk

MyMind is our dedicated website for young people across Cheshire and Wirral experiencing mental health difficulties. MyMind 2.0 provides advice and guidance around the key topics identified as most important to young people and their families: how to cope with mental health challenges, how to get help and what to do in a crisis (based on the national CAMHS THRIVE model). The site includes a host of interactive self-help resources for young people, parents/carers and anyone who works with young people around the topics of Mood, Lifestyle and Relationships, as well as details on local mental health services in your area.
